Tools

• budget_calculator ~205 tokens
The site's budget calculator: from the buyer's TOTAL budget, the most the property itself can cost after VAT, legal fees and contract registration; whether that meets the permanent-residency threshold; rough long-let income; how many catalogue projects start at or below that price, per district.
• get_project ~140 tokens
Everything the site knows about one project: homes by type with sizes and starting prices, status and handover, developer, distances (sea, airport, Troodos), the window directions with a view (sea / mountains / town) and the page path. Pass the slug from search results or the project's name.
• match_neighbourhoods ~202 tokens
The site's neighbourhood quiz: ranks the neighbourhoods by how well they fit a way of life and a budget, with a % match. Use for 'where should I live/buy' questions.
• place_info ~139 tokens
Facts about a neighbourhood, zone or district: how far the sea is, drive time to the airport and to Troodos, starting price, number of projects, a one-line description, and an ordinary day there. For a zone or district, also its neighbourhoods.
• purchase_costs Moves money · ~105 tokens
What a buyer pays on top of a given property price: VAT (19%, or the reduced rate for a main home), legal fees, registration, and the total.
• search_projects ~394 tokens
Search the catalogue of new-build projects in Cyprus (the same projects the site shows). Filter by district, neighbourhood or zone, starting price in euros (before VAT), distance to the sea, construction status and kind of home. Returns matching projects with starting price, homes, status, distances
