  Official IMGW-PIB meteorological warnings (storm, wind, frost, heat, snow, ice...) and flood warnings in Poland. With `place` (town, station or "lat,lon"): warnings for its county (powiat); without: national overview. plan_journey already adds warnings for the start and destination.
