• get_citation ~202 tokens
  Format a citation for one paper as BibTeX, RIS or APA 7. The URL is the paper's NobleID ARK link when it has a confirmed one, else its DOI link. DOIs known to be unreliable are left out rather than guessed.
• get_paper ~167 tokens
  Get full metadata for one paper: authors, journal, volume/issue/pages, DOI, PMID, ARK (when the paper has a confirmed NobleID), citation count, abstract and links.
• search_papers ~321 tokens
  Search the NobleBlocks paper index by keyword relevance. Returns up to `limit` papers with title, authors, year, journal, DOI, citation count, an abstract excerpt and a NobleBlocks link. Use get_paper with a result's `id` for full metadata, or get_citation to cite it.
