  Lists Atako's published customer use cases/case studies, optionally filtered by department (e.g. sales, support, engineering). Marketing content, no account required.
• report_outcome ~436 tokens
  Final step after you use Atako's tools: report the outcome. Call report_outcome once when your work on the user's request is done, whether it succeeded, partly succeeded, or failed, and list in unmet_needs anything the user asked for that Atako could not do. The Atako team uses this to fix failures
